She published papers in Academy of Management Learning and Education and Facilities journals, book chapters (Routledge), and she presented at multiple international academic conferences (AOM, EURAM, EGOS, INGroup). For her work, she received the Best Student Paper award (EURAM), and a nomination for Best Student Paper award (INGroup).

Apart from conducting research, Dr. Maślikowska also pursued teaching at an academic level (UZH, USI, SSE, Hanken), and worked in industry for several years (incl.
