Terms and Conditions

Your supervisor agrees to fill out a short questionnaire on your job performance which we need for research purposes. Please only register for the Interview Training when you have received their explicit consent. We will ask you to provide us with their contact information at the end of the interview session. We will need their name and email address to send your supervisor the online questionnaire.

We need you to sign up at least three days before your scheduled date for the simulated interview. Due to the high demand, we recommend to sign up early. We confirm every registration by e-mail. You can sign up through THIS link.

It may happen that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If so, please let us know by e-mail at least 48 hours in advance. If we have not heard from you by 24h before the scheduled training date, we reserve the right to cancel the training. If our team won’t be able to carry out the interview as originally planned, we will arrange a new date that suits you best.

As part of the Interview Training, you will receive individual feedback on all steps that you have completed as part of the Interview Training. This means feedback on…  

… your performance in the interview.

… your CV.

… the personality and IQ-test.

Please note that we can only plan to meet for the feedback session after full participation (i.e., once we have received your supervisor’s questionnaire as well).

Participation in the Interview Training does not involve any physical, mental, psychological, social risks or any other inconveniences.

We are committed to the data privacy protection guidelines of the University of Zurich, the Swiss National Science Foundation as well as the Open Science Framework (osf.io).

All data collected in this study will be treated as strictly confidential and used exclusively for research purposes. Data will be aggregated and analyzed anonymously (i.e., all personally identifiable information will be removed from data sets). It won’t be possible to draw any conclusions about individuals or organizations in future reports or scientific publications resulting from this study. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Your supervisor will not receive any information from the Interview Training, and you will not receive any information we got from your supervisor. We use your e-mail address to keep in touch with you during the Interview Training.

You can withdraw from the study at any time. Furthermore, you can request the deletion of your data at any time up to the end of the project. Please note that we cannot offer feedback if you decide to withdraw prematurely.
