After completing my Master in biology (focus on behavioral biology), I obtained my PhD in neuroscience at the University of Zurich. During my PhD-project, a collaboration between the Neuropsychology unit of the University Hospital of Zurich and the Innovation Center Virtual Reality of the ETH Zurich, I studied the perception and behavior of people immersed in virtual reality. The repeated exposure to statistical problems during the PhD motivated me to obtain further education in applied statistics at the ETH Zurich ("Diploma of Advanced Studies"). Driven by the discovered passion for statistics I joined the group Psychological Methods, Evaluation and Statistics at the end of 2019.
