Gonzalo Delgado

Gonzalo is an MSc student in Psychology at the University of Zurich, where he works as a tutor with the Chair of Prevention and Mental Health. He completed his BA in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. His research interests focus on how insights from psychology and neuroscience can contribute to practical solutions for public mental health challenges. In particular, he is interested in how cognitive and social processes shape health-related behaviour, including harmful alcohol use and addiction, and how this knowledge can inform prevention and intervention approaches. He hopes to bridge research and practice by helping translate scientific findings into accessible support for different populations.
