I am currently a PhD candidate working on the development and assessment of an adaptive online intervention tailored to address prolonged grief disorder (PGD) symptoms in Chinese individuals. My research focuses on culturally specific components to improve mental health outcomes for Chinese bereaved. I am passionate about creating culturally sensitive solutions in mental health support, especially for grief-related challenges. Outside of academia, I enjoy fitness, listening to music, cooking, and crafting, which help me stay balanced and creative in my personal and professional life.
