The first smile, the first steps, the first word: every day, children learn new things and we adults stand by in amazement.

We are committed to researching these developmental stages and would like to invite you to join us in our research for once.

  • Is there something you have always wanted to know about the development of babies and toddlers?
  • Have you ever thought: That's something we should find out?

Send us your suggestion for a research question on infant and child development and join us in our research!

We use the form below to collect your suggestions for research questions.

These will then be reviewed by our team. Depending on the number of submissions, 2 to 3 suggestions will be selected and discussed in more detail with interested parents. The aim is to develop a specific research question and discuss possible ways of answering it.

We look forward to receiving your suggestions!

* Jean Piaget was a co-founder of modern developmental psychology. He was Swiss, lived in Geneva, and studied for one semester at the University of Zurich. Jean Piaget conducted his research primarily on a small sample of children (his own three) and discovered principles of social-cognitive development in childhood, some of which are still valid today.
